Our Approach
At TechClimbHub, we believe in building long-term careers through clarity, systems, and consistent effort, not shortcuts.
We want you to feel confident in your decision to join. At the same time, we are committed to maintaining a fair and focused learning environment for serious learners.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
You may request a refund within 7 days of joining the program.
To ensure that the program has been genuinely explored, we expect that you:
i) Go through the initial modules or core materials
ii) Spend time understanding and applying the frameworks
iii) Attend at least one live session (if applicable)
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
If you feel the program is not the right fit for you, please reach out to us within the 14-day period.
In your request, briefly share:
i) What you were expecting from the program
ii) What did not meet your expectations
iii) What you explored or tried within the program
This helps us improve and ensures that refund requests are handled fairly.
REFUND PROCESS
Once your request is reviewed, we will process the refund if it is a genuine mismatch between expectations and the program.
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe via the original payment method.
IMPORTANT NOTES
i) Refund requests made after 14 days will not be eligible
ii) Refunds are not intended for full program consumption followed by cancellation
iii) Access to the program may be revoked upon refund approval
